The top two teams in the Premier division had straightforward wins this week. The St Chads team of Keith Weatherby, Chris Blake and Barry Cuthbertson proved too strong for their Old England Jacks opponents winning 10-0. Mount A beat Cramlington Stingers 8-2 with Dan Dodds player of the match for Mount winning his three games. The Cramlington points were gained when Nigel Rodgers beat Anthony Ainley and Steve Pearce beat Phil Prady. The third game was a hard fought 5-5 draw between Matfen Senators and Mount C. The Matfen team took a 4-2 lead thanks to two wins each by Alex Holliday and Stephen Oxley, but the Mount team rallied with Rod Roberts, Dave Cutler and John Williamson each winning their next singles game to move into a 5-4 lead.  The final game saw Alex Holliday beat Rod Roberts to secure the draw.

In Division one there was a straightforward 8-2 win for NECA A over Ouston A. Ken Lee and David Byers both won their three games for NECA and were supported by Keming Lee who won two games. Newcastle University played their first game in the league this week and secured a 7-3 win over Mount D. Jack Formby won three games for the University team and was supported by Jeremy Hamshaw with two wins and Matthew Hopkins with one win. There was a closely fought 5-5 draw between Newton A and Tyneside TTC A. The Newton team of John Russell, David Lucas and John Henderson took a 5-2 lead but the Tyneside team rallied and wins from Mark Patterson, Mark Kimberley and Rob Lawson in the last three games secured the draw for Tyneside. In another close game Brandon Anacondas edged out Mitford TTC with a 6-4 win. All of the Brandon team played their part with Stephen Pattinson and Ian Richardson winning two games each and Jamie Westwater winning one game. Matfen Centurions overcame Cramlington Tigers by the same 6-4 scoreline. Playing his first game for the Cramlington team Jimmy Scope was player of the match winning his three games but each of the Matfen team of Peter Seago, Chris Kilsby and Stephen Oxley won two games each to secure the win.

In Division 2 there was an all Cramlington game between Cramlington Trojans and Cramlington Spartans which the Trojans edged with a 6-4 win thanks to Israel Shoedinde who won three games and Oliver Ho who won two games. The Spartans points were gained by Jamie Hall who won one game and Rob Lee who won two games including a 12-10 win in the fifth end against Oliver Ho. Ouston B were too strong for the Matfen Tribunes winning 9-1 with Mike Lyons and Jeff McKenna both winning three games and Harry Veitch winning two games; the Matfen consolation point was gained by Nigel tree who defeated Harry Veitch. Old England Crocks edged out Tyneside TTC B with a 6-4 win. Barry Matthews was in good form for the Old England team winning his three games and he was supported by Joe Perrin who won two games. Mount E had a straightforward 9-1 win over Ouston C who could only turn out two players. In the last game of the week another all Cramlington game between Cramlington Falcons and Cramlington Swifts ended in a 6-4 win for the Falcons. Oliver Ho was in good form for the Falcons and won his three games including a reversal of the result in the match earlier in the week of the week when he defeated Rob Lee 12-10 in the fifth game.

In Division 3 Brandon Bravehearts maintained their unbeaten start to the season with a 7-3 win over Matfen Whitely Chapel. Paul Dale was player of the match wining three games and was supported by Jamie Westwater with two wins and Alan Perry with one. The Mount F team of John Rowell, Michael Bradley and William Edwards proved too strong for their Ouston D opponents winning 10-0. Cramlington Cobras had a good 7-3 away win over Tyneside TTC C with Steve Ralph in good form for the Cramlington team winning his three games and supported by Alan Hedley and Joe Hastings who both won two games each. The Tyneside points were gained by young player Leo Conn who won two games. In a close game Newton B came out on top against Cramlington Jaguars with a 6-4 win. Tom Manuel was too strong for the Cramlington team winning his three games with Toby Lowe winning two games and Ian Armstrong one game.

In Division 4 Cramlington Dragons drew 5-5 with Cramlington Dynamos with Pauline Long once again player of the match winning her three games for the Dragons. The Dynamos points were gained by young players Rohan Rawat and Alan Roskilly who won two games each and combined to win the doubles. Cramlington Lions had an 8-2 win over Cramlington Magpies with John McKenna and Freddie McKenna both winning their three games for the Lions. Cramlington Knights had a 7-3 win over Cramlington Colts with the Knights’ players of Matthew Mastaglio, Patrick Easton and Jessica Yang all winning two games each.
